By purchasing one of my adoptables you agree to the following terms of service:♢ An adoptable is a finished digital artwork of an original character designed by me (pawliminnied) set out to be purchased by clients online via paypal invoice in USD as high resolution files (a transparent .png and a .jpg). You may claim one for yourself via DMs first come first serve.♢ After i confirm your claim via DM i will request for your paypal email to send the invoice immediately. If my response remains unanswered after 24 hours the adoptable will be offered to the second person in line or put back up as available for other potential clients.♢ Once paid i will be confirming the purchase and ownership of the character via DM and sending the full resolution .png and .jpg files in a google drive folder. If you wish so you may request a cmyk version for printing.♢ My adoptables are for personal use only (social media, wallpapers, commissions, personal prints, d&d sessions, etc), profiting from them in any way is prohibited. Reselling is not allowed.♢ You may not mint or sell the purchased adoptable as NFTs or in exchange for any kind of cryptocurrency, as well as using said artwork for AI learning programs.♢ If interested in purchasing one of my designs for commercial use (small businesses, vtuber models, twitch/youtube stream assets, etc) please send your enquiries directly to my email [email protected] so that we can discuss your case. Regardless, i will prioritize clients interested in personal use, so claiming with this intention doesn’t guarantee a spot.♢ No refund requests / chargebacks allowed, adoptables are a finished product and once you claim them you must be 100% certain of your purchase, i'd really appreciate your consideration in this matter.♢ Please credit me when using the artwork anywhere.♢ Once you have purchased the adoptable you may edit them however you'd like, but you may not claim it as your original creation.♢ I retain the rights to the artwork and therefore am allowed to use it in my portfolio/other art platforms, but your ownership will be credited.♢ If you have purchased one of my adoptables you have a 20% discount in any type of my commissions (of said adopt) once they're open.♢ If you happen to commission one of my adopts to other artists please tag me/credit me, I'd love to see how they turn out! <3Any violation of the aforementioned terms will result in permanent blacklisting of your social media account as well as paypal email.THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SUPPORT! ヽ(〃＾▽＾〃)ﾉ
